Reviews of Fraser River Paint and Body Ltd. in New Westminster

ICBC towed my truck to Fraser River Paint & Body because the shop i wanted said they could not do it. My truck was only towed to Fraser River Paint & Body for ICBC repairs, nothing else. then they said i needed a new starter, I said how much, Franko said he would call and let me know, being a unprofessional shop they never asked me if i wanted the starter replaced.Instead they put it in without my approval and then charged me over $1500.then then they have the gal to call me and tell me to remove bad my review. if you do something unprofessional, then own up to it and make it right.
What kind of Professional shop yells at there customers because they want to know what is taking so long to repair a window, key ignition and a catalytic converter
over 5 months or more, my truck sat in the yard without anything being done to it, i got my truck back after 7 months of being at fraser valley body and paint
