We bought a 2018 Escape Fwd and the experience was fairly good but soured a bit after being denied a contest gift. A special thanks to the dealership owner's son who in management who, echoed our sentiment that a disallowed prize gift for a new purchase was wrong. He honored our customer service and the next day i went again, far commute, to pick it up. Thank you, great job.

We bought a new Escape in 2022 and I want to convey heartfelt thanks and praises to the Key West owner's son who, I called up to complain about being denied a prize of our choice for buying a new vehicle. He whole heartily agreed with me and the next day I drove far to pick up our prize gift as part of their dealership promotion. Thank you for doing what was right, and the Escape was a good fit until we traded it in on a new Maverick 2022 XLT Hybrid from another dealership.
