Reviews of Queen's Park Dental in New Westminster

I had been a patient at Queen's Park Dental since The 80s, Dr.Agar/Dr.Murphy. I was always satisfied with the service received and found their staff friendly.
Five years ago, I had a bridge replaced by Dr.Murphy, which became loose fitting less than a year later.
Dr.Murphy apologized about the bridge and offered two treatment options for the bridge replacement dentures or dental implants. I opted for the implants, which were more expensive than the bridge that I had paid. I told Dr.Murphy that money was tight for me since I had just purchased a home. Dr.Murphy said he would give me a discount on the dental work and said that if I paid him back within two years, he would be ok with that.
He didn't say he wanted 24 monthly payments or ask me to sign a contract. He said to pay me back within two years. A few months after the dental work was completed, I received
a letter from Queens Park Dental with an application to apply for a loan for dental work, which I didn't since I was told I had two years to pay, which was already agreed upon. I applied for a loan with my bank to pay for the dental work; the loan officer told me that I couldn't get the loan because Queens Dental/Dr. Murphy sent the bill to a collection agency which lowered my credit rating by less than two years as agreed upon. Dr.Murphy sold the account to a collection agency for pennies on the dollar, which he could have discounted my bill if he was willing to take a loss in revenue.
