Reviews of Ayeni Plastic Surgery Institute in Newmarket

in 2018 I had a lumpectomy on my left breast followed by 25 radiation sessions. over time, the radiations caused that breast to change shape as it raptured the implants I had. I came for consultation with Dr. O Ayeni. First of all he told me he had to do a lift which I didn't want as it creates to many scars, then he said they will ask OHIP to cover it as it was caused by cancer treatments. I waited 6 months for an answer and the terrible awful people in the front desk were a nightmare to deal with. They then said that OHIP rejected the claim. I was very disappointed with this whole thing when I asked to have a copy of OHIP rejection for my family doctor to review and resend a request - they refused to let me have a copy and then they said that they are sending it now - in front of me - I checked with my family doctor and she said they didn't send her anything. This whole dealing with his office was a total disaster and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. I later had a great doctor who performed the surgery to perfection without a lift and WITH OHIP COVERAGE within a week of request!!!!! I am very happy with her performance and the way she and her team handled my situation. So bewarned - you will regret dealing with these awful peopole in Dr. O. Ayeni's office. I don't know of his work ethics and quality because I didn't get a chance to have it but I do know that front desk people are very important for a business success and those people should not be working representing a doctor who is supposedly a "top plastic surgeon"!!!
