Hi. My name is Tina. I have scoliosis (a side to side "S" shape curve in my spine). I have had surgery for this, and two rods were placed beside my spine to help correct the curve 26 years ago. The surgeon could not correct me 100% and I still have a curve although not as bad. This limits me in the sense that I have to be careful when lifting heavy things. I also have to be careful because 90% of my spine was fused together in order to accommodate the rods. For this reason I have limited movement in my spine. I cannot arch my back. My neck bears a lot of pressure. My father had spinal stenosis in his neck and had surgery for it. I would like to prevent this from happening to me. Given my lifestyle and where I need to focus in my life right now, and my limited ability to take care of myself, the chiropractic treatment I am receiving from Dr. Jonathan Saunders is not only helping me prevent a disaster with my health (because of all the heavy lifting I do for my vendor sales), it is helping me maintain an improve my health. I was pleasantly surprised to learn at my last exam that not only has my neck improved significantly, my spine has less of a curve than it has had in the past 26 years, even though it is fused together and is attached to the rods! I saw this in my x-ray! This is absolutely astounding! It is even better than what the surgeons could do! I heard about Dr. Jonathan from one of his clients who was cured of her sciatica. He really is as good as she says. What really impresses me is his honesty. His expertise really shows and you know you're in good hands. How would I describe Chiropractic on Eagle?
