Very dissatisfied that Leons couldn't make it right! Having received a leaking washing machine I asked to have it replaced so that I didn't have to wait 2 days for a manufacturer call back to set a service appointment which I was told could take up to a week. The response I got when I asked Leons to replace the machine so I had a washer and they could deal with the manufacturer for the faulty machine was "its not our fault it's broken". Well it's not mine either. Why inconvenience the customer after receiving a faulty machine. I am very annoyed and dissatisfied with the customer service!

Horrible customer service, horrible management I bought a mattress. This is the second time it was defective. I bought the most expensive one possible I can’t even sleep on it. They had two service advisers. Tell me two different things and then I recorded the last service advisor telling me it was completely defective and they are telling me he never said that thank God for phones and recordings. These people are pathetic never deal with them.
