Reviews of Linda Mazur Design Group in Newmarket

I honestly wish we never engaged Linda M or her company for our renovation work. In my opinion, Linda was dishonest regarding her skills and capabilities. My experience of Linda was that she is lacking in organisational skills and constantly changed her story to fit her defensive posture rather than deal with the many failures to meet her obligations and commitments. I did not see the professionalism, project management, concise accounting or active management that you would expect to see from someone who claims to have the deep expertise Linda claims to have. In my opinion and based on my experience, I would characterise Linda's actions as dangerously incompetent. My experience and opinion is that engaging with Linda will leave you with heartache, unfinished work (it has been a year since Linda has been on-site and we are still not complete and Linda is radio silent - as is her lawyer) and you will not have the ongoing support you would expect from a caring customer-oriented designer. I also found Linda to be incredibly defensive with a tendency to blame the customer so I suggest you take any “come back” from Linda, even in regards to this feedback posting, with a grain of salt.
