I do not recommend at all. Worst customer service ever. While booking, they said they are charging $70 then charged $107 when I went to pick my pet claiming that there was a no show FIVE MONTHS AGO!!!!, which is not true and had never been communicated with us before, not even when we made this booking. Michelle, the cashier didn’t have the right to hide my dog until I pay the extra amount. She was also was very disrespectful and super inconsiderate. She said if I wanted my dog, I had to pay then do whatever I want. I asked to contact the management, she refused.
