the worst experience of buying a Jetta from this dealership. Pathetic service from sales to service. Gave me extra bumper to bumper warranty for 2k and the car start giving me trouble from very first month and whenever contacted them they have only one answer it is not covered so why did you give me warranty. Installed low quality tires that I have to change very first month on my own expense, antifreeze started going down at the onset of winter, fixed myself. Rear brakes and rotors gone , had to fix from my pocket. Now abs and airbags sign pop up and again Michael the service manager told me it is not covered and I have to fix it from my pocket. If I have to fix it from my pocket, why they forced me to buy extra bumper to bumper warranty, the car is not 6 moths old and I am in all kinds of trouble. It is just pathetic.
