To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Jim's No Frills on January 28, 2024 at approximately 3pm. I was shopping with my wife and we decided to use the self check out. However, we encountered a problem when we did not know where to put the scanned items. Instead of assisting us, the lady who was working with the self check out yelled at my wife and made her feel stupid. She was very rude and impatient, and did not show any respect or empathy for us.

This was a very unpleasant and humiliating experience for us. We came to Jim's No Frills in a great mood, and left feeling angry and embarrassed. We have been loyal customers of Jim's No Frills for a long time, but after this incident, we are considering taking our business elsewhere. We expect better service and treatment from your staff.

We hope that you will take this matter seriously and address it with the lady who was working with the self check out.
