If you want someone to destroy your hair this is the place to go. If I could give this place less than 0 stars I would. I came to get my hair highlighted and cut and I never expected someone can do a worse job than this place. I have thin hair so I asked them to dye my hair a specific blonde highlight that makes my hair look thicker, but I left the salon with grey/green hair that made me look like a character from a horror movie. Not only was my hair grey/green when she cut my hair each side was a different length. You would think that someone with many years of experience would know how to cut and colour hair but they did not. The stylist appeared confident and assured me that they had the expertise to deliver exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. When the stylist finally revealed the finished product, I was taken aback by the hideous shade that stared back at me from the mirror. Instead of blonde highlights, my hair had turned an inexplicable and unflattering shade of green with hints of grey. It was as if I had dived headfirst into a murky pond and emerged with algae-infested hair. Upon confronting the salon staff about the catastrophe they had created, their response was far from satisfactory. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, they simply shrugged off the issue and said my hair looks “really nice”, making me feel like my concerns were trivial. The lack of empathy and willingness to rectify their mistake was truly disheartening. I was so pissed and disappointed by their behaviour I could not take their excuses anymore, I left. My daughter who has no degree in this field can cut and colour hair better than the “experienced” people at this place. This place is the absolute worst and I would never recommend anyone to ever come here. Spare yourself the nightmare I experienced and find a salon that values its customers and has the expertise to deliver on their promises.

To the salon distract manager: It is mind-boggling how someone in a managerial position could stoop so low and exhibit such blatant disrespect.

To the owner: Take immediate action to address the unprofessional conduct of your manager and reevaluate the training and standards upheld by your salon. It is imperative to create an environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and holds your staff accountable for their actions. Failure to do so will only lead to further damage to your reputation and the well-being of your clients.
Remember, prospective customers, your hair deserves competent hands and your dignity deserves respect. Do not let this place tarnish your beauty journey.
