Worst experience I could have had. Non-responsive, non-communicative, and combative at every stage. I strongly recommend you look for an alternate builder. We were three years delayed without proper notice and given the run-around at every step. On closing, they demanded extra money for arbitrary fees that were not in our contract. Beware.
