Very good
Had such a great experience at North Care Dental. Had a few appointments for myself and a few for my son. The staff were amazing! Especially seeing how great Dr. Morgan Smith was with my 8 year old son. Made him feel so much less nervous and he is no longer afraid of going to the dentist. Loretta is absolutely wonderful to deal with as well. Such a great team they have!

Everyone is so kind! However, i did have a problem with the new hygienist (the short Indian girl). I was there recently for a cleaning and I had her. She was nice but she is not good at her job. She started off scraping my gums instead of my teeth. I bled and was in a lot of pain. She then proceeded to brush my teeth and she kept pushing my head instead of asking me to move. Then, she flossed and she didn’t do all of my teeth. What a waste of money! It was overall the worst experience I’ve ever had.
