Purchased a $200 gift certificate for my daughter last week of June. Sent pictures of what she wanted done. Took 4 weeks to get a sample drawing. Now we can't get a solid date for booking. I asked for a refund due to her taking forever, awful custom service and finding out about customers getting staff infections and she refused. She even refused to give a partial refund because it was a certificate with is complete BS. The owner needs a course is CS!
