Horrible service! We had an appointment Thursday morning to have an alterator replaced, they said it also needed a coil replaced. We told them we absolutely needed our vehicle back by the weekend, and they agreed that it would be done Friday at the latest. Well, by Thursday afternoon, they didn't even look at it yet. Friday they said end of the day it would be ready. Nope! They didn't even call us back at the end of the day and just left us hanging all weekend long, no vehicle and a ton of jobs piling up. It's now Monday, and the glorified excuse maker for the incompetence of the shop phone girl" who doesn't know a thing about anything" doesn't know if it will be done today either. It's not the first time we've had this type of thing happen with them, but it's the last time. NO, I do not recommend them.
