We have been residents of North Vancouver for more than 25 years and have eaten at Indian Fusion since it opened and always loved it... However, last night we ordered take out. It took 90 minutes to get our meal. The eggplant dish was mushy watery and almost impossible to tell that it was eggplant. The okra dish might was well have been called "onions garnished with okra", the chicken dish was dry (thank god for the delicious sauce).... Overall very unimpressed and not sure we will go back.
