Terrible terrible business conduct! Constantly lying about when a quote will be given, I requested 3 appraisal for a commercial deal. Office staff continues to lie on behalf of Frank Scavo. When I questioned the time i received a condescending email response from office staff.

Do yourself a favour, use an appraisal company who conducts business properly!

Will be reporting to all lenders whom they are on an approved appraisers list.
