Purchased a 2004 Sebring convertible a few months ago, was told it was all Saftied and good to go, soon getting it home I found a clunking noise in the rear drivers side and upon taking it in to be looked at found that the rear pad was actually broken and unsafe. When getting it all changed out we also found that the parking break was cut and missing. Was told that the safety was done illegally and should never have passed. Upon messaging the salesman I bought it from have never heard back from him at all. Now I’m out even more money because of this. Probably wouldn’t recommend because of this so please beware and know that odds of hearing anything back if there it’s an issue is absolutely not going to happen.
