Reviews of Azura Condos in North York

If you thinking rent the condo - think twice or more.
The building has a big problem with heating and conditioning by design.
1. When heating pump/conditioner (HVAC) is working - it produces a lot of noise which makes not possible to sleep. Even after servicing which service company made recently.
2. When heating pump is not working - it still produces a noise! And after service it still disrupting our sleep! So, you have to either completely disable the heating pump using build in switcher and sleep in cold or you have no chance to sleep.
3. The materials of the condo is super cheap, except countertop.
4. The fire alarm system alarming false positive almost every day.
5. Problem with HVAC noise: Building management references to HVAC customer care, HVAC customer care telling that Building company ordered that kind of chip HVAC and that is how they work by design.
6. The Fan in the bathroom is always on, can consume extra electricity.

So - don’t buy the condo here, it is very problematic building as for now.
