Reviews of Canadian Leak Detection in North York

I contacted this company for leak detection test due to water leak in my swimming pool. I had the hydrostatic valve in the main drain fixed by a third party based on their test result. A couple of weeks later I observed a leak again by conducting a bucket test. The company has a 30-day warranty coming with the test under conditions. I talked with an office lady to explain my situation and to clarify if my case is covered by their warranty or not. The lady stated that my situation should be covered by warranty and then booked an appointment for me.
I had to request an earlier leave from work that day in order to accommodate their strict schedule. However, the lady called me last minute telling me that the technicians will come an hour earlier before our scheduled time. I stated that I could not come back home then. She stated that I do not need to be at home and confirmed this is a warranty visit with no charge. If any charge occurred during the visit, they will inform me in advance.
However, I was charged a full test charge from my credit card after the visit. My wife at home told me the technician did not inform her about any fee. He finished his job less than 30 minutes, comparing to his first visit; the full test lasted over 90 minutes. However, the technician did not test the main drain which I specifically requested. He just assumed the leak is most likely from the valve.
I questioned the company about the charge because I think it is unreasonable. I was shocked and upset that the office lady totally denied what she promised to me over the phone. It seems that the company plays tricks with their rules. They are dishonest, untruthful and unprofessional. Dont give your credit card to them. They may charge at their will
