100% fraudulent scammers. Read the most recent google reviews and the Better Business Bureau rating and decide for yourself. Left a $15,000 deposit by credit card in December for deliver in Sept 2023, was assured they were ordered in July with "plenty of time for delivery to our build site in Sept". Multiple ignored emails and phone calls in the past five weeks inquiring on order status have resulted in one return call saying they "forgot to order" and are now "25 days out". Do not believe anything these lying Shapiros Mike, Neil, Zach and Dan say as they will take your money and ghost you. Have contacted Visa fraud dept. and am filing small claims for additional costs incurred. Bankrupt morally and real life and hope you are proud of yourselves and can hold your head high with your reputation and name in the business. If you enjoy mystery and intrigue, and thrive on disappointment and lies then go ahead and order from Concept 76

I ordered two custom black sliding doors on October 21 and 28 of 2022. Paid for them in full. Was told expected delivery date was February of 2023. Was content to wait. It is now July 12, 2023. 5 months after the expected delivery date. No doors, no updates, no responses to telephone messages, no responses to emails, no responses to knocks on the door of their office. In fact, it seems the company has chosen to just bury its head in the sand. I have never dealt with a company that treats its paying clients with such disrespect. I have logged every call, have every email. I even threatened that if I did not hear from them I would take to social media and begin legal action. That was about 10 days ago. No response again. Its like this company doesn't care about anyone or anything. I guess when a company has been in business for 45 years as they say, they feel they have a right to disrespect its clients. I hate that I have to waste my time to chase this company down for a meaningful update. The two occasions I did manage to catch someone at the office they provided less than meaningful updates. They promised to get back once they heard from the manufacturer and of course never did. I have referred the matter to one of my lawyers now. They really just sucked the anticipation of the pleasure of this purchase away. I expect that if I do get these sliding doors at this point I will have nothing but issues with them as well. I literally have zero expectations from these people. Word to the wise, stay away from custom orders. May be different if you are just picking up something in their warehouse, can't comment on that but definitely stay away from everything else.
