Reviews of Ideal Fine Cars in North York

I purchased a 2011 Audi A4, certified and e-tested. Two months later I took it for an oil change, and asked them to check a 'dipped headlight' indicator. To my surprise, there was not even a lamp installed in the driver's side headlight module and the port cover was in the glove box. Also, he informed me that the rear brakes were essentially metal-on-metal. When I asked the shop that does their certifications, the technician said the bulb 'must have fallen out between the shop and the sales floor' and all but accused me of driving with my foot on the brakes...in a manual. I had the car brought up to standards at another shop. The manager Calvin is not responding to my emails. I would not suggest even walking in the door.

I purchased 3 cars at Ideal Fine Cars in the last 8 years and only have good things to say about them. Excellent Service, not pushy one bit, they have always tended to my needs..
