I recently had a terrible experience at Marina Nails & Spa, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment and frustration with others. This establishment seems more interested in squeezing every penny out of their customers than providing quality service. Prepare to be nickel and dimed at every turn!

To begin with, it's astonishing that they charge extra for something as basic as an accent nail. It's clear that their primary focus is on maximizing profits, rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. But that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Today, I called Marina Nails & Spa to inquire about the cost of getting dip nails done. I was specifically told that the price would be $55. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that it would actually be $60 because they decided to charge me an additional $5 to remove the existing dip. This was completely different from the price I had been quoted over the phone, and I was not charged for the same service during my previous visit just two weeks ago.

When I brought up this discrepancy and explained that I had not been charged for dip removal previously since it was their own service, the staff member argued with me and displayed a complete lack of empathy. She simply shrugged off my concerns, showing no regard for price integrity or customer satisfaction. It was a clear demonstration of their disregard for customer service.

Marina Nails & Spa has proven themselves to be untrustworthy, deceitful, and lacking in basic customer service skills. I refuse to support a business that prioritizes a measly $5 over maintaining a loyal customer base. The disrespect and indifference shown by the staff member I encountered was the final straw for me.

Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by avoiding Marina Nails & Spa. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area that value their customers and provide transparent pricing. Don't waste your time or money on a place that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
