I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Martin Ross Collision( Glennalan) for engine light check as well as Coolant leak. To say that I am appalled by their service would be an understatement. The level of negligence and disregard for customer safety I encountered at this establishment is beyond belief.

Upon picking up my car I specifically asked for the level of the coolant and Derek's response was " it was on Low side" , I immediately noticed something was wrong. It didn't take long to realize that the auto shop had allowed me to drive away with an empty antifreeze reservoir. This is a blatant and inexcusable oversight that could have resulted in catastrophic engine damage or even a complete breakdown on the road.

As a customer, I trust that when I bring my vehicle to a professional auto shop, they will perform their duties with the utmost care and attention. It is absolutely unacceptable that they would neglect such a crucial aspect of car maintenance. It not only demonstrates their lack of competence but also shows a complete disregard for the safety and well-being of their customers.

When I confronted the staff about this grave error, Marvin"s response was dismissive and unapologetic. They tried to downplay the seriousness of the situation and shift the blame onto me. It is clear that they do not take responsibility for their mistakes and have no regard for customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Martin Ross Collision( Glennalan). They have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and a flagrant disregard for customer safety. Your vehicle and your safety deserve better than the abysmal service provided by this auto shop. Save yourself the frustration, potential damage, and unnecessary expenses by avoiding this place at all costs.

I will certainly be reporting this incident to the appropriate authorities and sharing my experience on various review platforms to ensure that others are aware of the dangers associated with entrusting their vehicles to Martin Ross Collision( Glennalan).
