Reviews of The Medical Station in North York

I went to the after hour clinic on Wednesday, January 17 as I was in excruciating pain and could not swallow. Also had a fever and felt like I was hit by a bus. I saw Dr Matthew Baron who took a swab for strep. He prescribed amoxicillin but stressed to only take if positive for strep. He said I would get an email in 1-2 days with the results. I did not get any email after 3 days and still in excruciating pain. I checked my lifelabs file and noticed the specimen was incorrectly labelled so they could not process it. I’m sure they contacted Dr. Baron, who could have a least called to let me know the situation and what to do next, but I got nothing. So I started the antibiotics and in a couple of days I noticed an improvement. There’s no excuse for the lack of communication that should have taken place. I’m not sure if I even would consider visiting this after hours clinic again. Extremely disappointed!

I truly experience very good 👍 Medical Service at this medical facility provider. That is genuinely why I definitely would visit the doctor again at this location in the City of North York, Ontario.
