Terrible unprofessional service, Will never go there again ...
Waiter dropped clotted cream all over the sides of my wife's and my jacket. We were very understanding at the beginning as accidents happen until the acting manager Richard said that my mother in-law who was sitting on the other side was responsible for the spill. It is unconscionable that what he claimed is ever possible considering our seating. The clotted cream was clearly dropped by the waiter when taking the food away on the collar and shoulder of the jackets. Furthermore, why did the waiter not say anything if they new it happened (we found out later when I looked on the side). When I objected to the claim, the acting manager insisted his staff were not to blame. When I asked to speak to the manager Andrew, he said he was busy and I could only speak to him. Out of principal, we did not eat our desert though we paid an $875 bill including 18% gratuity and will never will never set foot in the Miller Tavern again. This was supposed to be a mother's day lunch and they completely ruined it. My advice, is go to restaurants that respect the customer.
