As a resident/owner at Stonebridge Estates, I want to give an enthusiastic shout out to Shanthi Kulan of Percel for her exceptional customer service in assisting me with a recent problem. I made an error in submitting my quarterly assessment cheques resulting in a substantial overpayment. When I called Shanthi to discuss and hopefully rectify this issue, she was ready and willing to help. She offered to return my incorrect cheques by mail in return for replacement ones and to correct the overpayment by adjusting my next pre-authorized deposit. She did this in a timely and professional manner and even followed up by checking to make sure I had received the cheques she had sent me. Shanthi displayed a proactive customer service attitude that is unfortunately very rare these days. Many thanks to Shanthi and Percel for your responsiveness in solving my problem!
