i walked in when this store just opened around 1030 in the morning on a tuesday to order large Spring Rolls and broken rice with grilled pork chop, grilled chicken and fried egg. I have been a customer for the last 8 years with this establishment as I worked close by at Keele/Wilson. I trust that I get whatever I paid for from this establishment. To my amazement within less than 10 mins after I placed the order, I have received them. and boy I was thinking, that was fast. Going fast forward for my lunch, I was surprised to see that my rice order is missing the grilled pork chop and fried egg and the Spring Roll is not properly fried as the wrapper is light brown in color and it is curling off ( a telltale sign that the spring roll was dropped in a cold oil or insufficient heat not enough to fry it and cook the inside) I was really disappointed and just try to imagine what the other customer's experience from ordering by take out foods either by walking in, online orders like Uber eats, Skip the Dishes among else... other than the waitresses being rude and too aggressive on asking for tips, an establishment like this one makes you think to double check your item/s before walking out and ordering online i.e., Uber Eats , Skip the Dishes, etc, what a class act indeed!
