Reviews of Quick Muffler Shop in North York

I've been coming here for a long time but this last experience warrants a bad review. One of the ball joints went bad which I already replaced at this shop, when they asked me if I wanted to get it replaced the owner told me it was under warranty and it was covered. When I went to go pay afterwards I was told I had to pay for labour. When I told them this is not the first time I get something warrantied here and I've never gotten charged for labour they informed me that labour is not charged on warranties under 6 months. I spoke to the owner and he told me that if I want I didn't have to pay but to never come back. Like I said, I've been coming here for years and have never experienced this much disrespect. The principal of things are that I am the customer and I should have been informed that labour was charged prior to the service being done, that is how professional business is done. But that didn't happen and the owner did not take accountability for it. I ended up paying, the shop can have their $110 but it is MY decision to not go back. If this type of behaviour keeps up I'm sure other customers will end up feeling the same way. For all this, I can no longer recommend this shop nor the owner. Please do not go here or you'll get rinsed.
