If I can give a 0 I would. As someone who has been buying from auctions for many years this was my worst experience. The owner of the company is the worst business owner you could ever meet. He was confrontational, argumentative and making excuses. Very rude, doesn't want people to question the validity of things, cancelled my order and said that he doesn't need my business because I was asking questions. No wonder I keep seeing things back on the auction site. Whoever the lady working here is, she is a saint.
