My wife bought tickets from this GUY last July to take her family to Jamaica.
things went sideways because my wife had to get hip surgery.
She called HENROY SPENCE and he stated that she did not have to worry because the tickets were good for 1 year.
So since we could not go to Jamaica last year we tried to rebook today..as per our understanding ..we had nothing in writing from this guy and he seems to think we are gonna just take this dry and loose our 3,500.00 that he put in his pocket..Man a bad man from we juvenile, ...DO NOT WORK WITH THIS GUY..HE. WILL LOOSE MORE THAN HE TOOK FROM US TRUST ME..ROYAL TRAVEL IS A GARBAGE TRAVEL AGENT AVOID THOSE PEOPLE
HE ROBS HIS OWN BLACK PEOPLE ...
