I am giving this store a one star rating, because there is no 0 star available. If you are willing to purchase used piano from this store, they have probably told you that you will get 2 free tuning. Please be aware that this is a scam. 1st tuning is a pre-delivery that you will never see! And 2nd tuning, which should be an after delivery and most needed, you will never get because they simply do not reply your phone calls. I have 32 unanswered calls on my phone right now as a proof and a bunch of "Will call you later" text messages which never happened. My piano had missing parts that they apparently forgot to put in before delivery!!! and simply because they didn't answer my calls I never got the parts. If you want to buy from them, just make sure you keep some balance for your free tuning. I really didn't have a good experience and do not recommend this store to anyone!
