The Management team at VIA 123 Apartments know how to dish out a special brand of evil and wickedness. I have been a tenant for four years and always paid on time.

Recently experienced some setback and notified Asst. Manager Nikola Grozdanov Oct 7th to pay on Oct 15th. Met and chatted with Nick in the elevator during the week and picked up my mail and received an eviction notice. The letter was dated stamped October 12, 2022.

Without even getting back to me he decided to send an eviction notice. It takes a special kind of wickedness to do such a thing. I saw him in the elevator, greeted him and he said not a word.

This team has money to pay legal fees but not money to compensate residents of malfunction elements of the building that leads to stress and health problems. In March 2022, I was kept awake with a noise from the HVAC and couldn't sleep in the master bedroom for three months. The same noise happened a year ago and was fixed in a week. When asked for compensation, Asst. Regional Director Tamara Bartz, would not. The stress of not sleeping of the incident caused my body to react, swollen feet and burning skin.
