Reviews of Action Collision Service in Oakville

Action Collision took 4 months to repair our front bumper. Got our vehicle back full of mouse droppings and urine. Had to get it professionally sanitized which took another week. Our spare tire cap is missing. We just had some major electrical issues, not sure if it is because of the mice or the fact they forgot to secure the battery in the engine bay.
The vehicle is a Telluride with 17,000 km. We currently do not feel safe driving our vehicle now.

Recently I had my vehicle repaired at Action Collision. The body work and paint were both excellently done and on time. George was a true professional at every level, and proved to be a man of respect, honor, and integrity. George arranged a rental for me from Enterprise. He had noticed an engine light warning on, told me about it and was kind enough to have the mechanic next door at Rosa Auto check it out. Lucky for me it was warranty covered by the dealer. I'm totally satisfied with Action Collision workmanship and professionalism especially George, and would definitely use their services again in the future if needed.
