Imagine my shock when, after merely a few hours, I was summoned to retrieve my vehicle alongside an inexplicable service bill of $198.00. For a vehicle so new and under warranty, with no history of accidents, this was downright outrageous. The Service Operations Manager, David Bell, had the audacity to blame an alleged obstruction on the back seat for the malfunction, leading to this unfounded diagnostic fee. This isn't just poor service; it's a clear scam.

This incident isn't isolated. My initial oil change in January turned into a fiasco when they inexplicably damaged my trunk's closing mechanism and a side hook.
