Reviews of Burl-Oak Paving Inc in Oakville

I can't stress enough how bad the customer service is at Burl Oak Paving. I was quoted to repave my driveway and was given an install date of June 1/16, I called to confirm the date the day before and it was. I arrived home around 4p on the 1st and the driveway had not been done, when I called Burl Oak Paving I was told that the crew was on the job just before mine and would arrive shortly and that they work until 8pm and my driveway would definitely be done that day. When 6pm rolled around, and still no sign of the pavers, I called the office and left a voicemail inquiring about what happened. I called the following day to see what had happened and was told rather gruffly that they knew that no one had showed up and were trying to figure it out. When I didn't hear from them in the next two hours I called again and was told that Chris would call me when he got back. Finally at 4pm I called again and, with a meagre apology, was told that they could reschedule for June 9/16. On June 8/16 I called to confirm that I was indeed going to get my driveway paved the following day and the office assured me that I was. On June 9th it was déjà vu, no one showed up and when I called at 4pm, I was told that the crew was at the job before me and would be there shortly. "You will definitely get done today" Needless to say, no one showed up and when I called and left a voicemail I cancelled the job. No one reached out to apologize, explain or even try to get my business back. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me I guess.
