Very personable sales person. But job was not finished (trim around fireplace). They promised to finish, but never did. Also, carpet down stairs of poor quality and already showing signs of wear; also, flaws in one stair. If you must deal with them, which I do not recommend, be sure to hold back funds until job is completely done.
