Went tonight at 6:40. After standing outside waiting for staff to unlock the door they finally did. The staff was so rude, said can I help you. Said yes we were going to look at snowboard boots. He looked at us like we had three heads. He said just so you know we close soon so you won’t be able to try anything on you’ll have to come back. Following this we knew exactly what pair and size we needed however no one would come help us, four staff stood around by the front door chatting. Not quite sure how we were treated the way we were, it’s like we should have known that we only had twenty minutes to shop and the staff expected to leave at exactly 7pm and that we shouldn’t have attended. I won’t be going back, we weren’t welcomed, the staff was rude and not helpful. Further I won’t recommend them to any of my family or friends.I rarely take time to write a review but the staff was so rude I actually went out of my way and take the time to write it. Seems like I’m not the only one to experience this.
