Reviews of JPG Exhaust in Oakville

Terrible experience coming here to get exhaust leak fixed. Came here with two inquiries: 1) Fix exhaust leak. 2) Quote to remove exhaust shield. Was told by a receiptions lady it's going to be $650+ to remove the shield to which I politely declined and asked to fix the exhaust leak only. An hour later to my surprise I am presented with $685 + tax bill. To my question as to why the amount is so high, I was told that I authorized it earlier which I absolutely did not. The receptionst lady even said I was somehow insulting her simply because I mentioned that quote for the actual work was not communicated to me. No apology, no attempt to resolve situation from their end. Please, hire a better receiptionist who knows how to communicate with the customer. Until then, I will spread the word amongst family & friends to stay away far far away from this shop.
