I took my 8 year old son for a consult, due to unavoidable reasons we were 10 minutes late. I apologized profusely to the staff and asked if we needed to reschedule. They assured us it was okay and the dr would be able to see us. When my son was being examined by Jessica, I asked a simple question and she yelled back “ you were 15 minutes late”. The only reason I didn’t snap back was because I didn’t want to make a scene in front of my son. After that, it was all downhill. Dr Rahimi came in and discussed my sons diagnosis showing no interest whatsoever. I thanked him and left as quickly as I could. NEVER would I consider this practice EVER. That hygienist Jessica is a nasty piece of work!
