Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this auto shop!!!

May 2019, I brought my Porsche Boxster S in to have mechanical repairs done. I was leaking small amount of oil from my rear end.

Such a fiasco, such drama created at the time between the owner and Joel. Sad part I couldn't take my car away because it was taken apart and, on a hoist, and apparently the parts had already been ordered. So against my better judgement I took the word of Anas Mansour owner of Rotana Auto Centre and allowed his mechanic to work on my Boxster S, plus I was assured by Anas Mansour, that the new mechanic would be able to address and fix all problems. …. He fixed them alright.

I paid $4,093 28 and $339.96 for the additional fix (so Anas Mansours mechanic said I needed)

At the end of the fix, I left with the shop soured, angry with my engine still leaking and my racer clutch unable to go into second gear without grinding. I made mention of the problem on a review. Great response from Anas Mansour of Rotana Auto Centre

You allegedly fixed my car problem, Two year post, only 10k km since you had my car and, (COVID and bad customer response from this business man, Anas Mansour of ROTANA AUTO centre). I walked into his shop today with parts in hand and showed him what I needed replaced, again because of the shady workmanship his mechanic performed when my car was in his shop last, but this time I had another mechanic shop confirming it was bad work

Anas Mansour of ROTANA AUTO centre didn’t even have the decency to look me in the eyes as I was having this conversation with him. He indicated to me “I can't have this conversation with you. you don't know what you're talking about”. His service manager stepped in trying to explain their policy and the shops side of how they couldn't justify refunding me any money because it has been 2.5 years passed.
My side of the explanation, my car was put away in September 2019, Ontario was in lock done due to COVID, Anas Mansour of ROTANA AUTO centre turned to me and said, “go chase the Filipino mechanic that did work on your car” (by the way he no longer works at ROTANA AUTO centre.

Anas Mansour of ROTANA AUTO centre is a man who has no value or regard for customer service or the ability to perform good quality work on your vehicle.

I’m asking Anas Mansour of ROTANA AUTO centre to reimburse me 35% of the original $4000 + bill, Anas Mansour of ROTANA AUTO centre is refusing!

Well mister Anas Mansour of ROTANA AUTO centre we will have our day in court and until a settlement is reached, I will continue to publish this comment everywhere I can to alert all potential customers…. RUN or BE AWARE!!
