Denied a vasectomy because I'm 29years-old, not 30. This is prejudice towards me, I have two children & don't need more. It says that you have to be 18 years of age to get that procedure done on the ontario government page. Thanks to this clinic for all the young parents out there that are looking for a safe way for them and their partner. My girlfriend cant take birth control. Prejudice and this was not "So Simple" at all.

I was refused service over the phone, only factor being I am under 30 years old, I took that quite seriously as is inconvenient having to go to the city to get a service this serious done when you could just get it in Oakville. I am an adult who took a conscious decision not to have children, but unfortunately the level of unprofessionalism is astonishing.
