I have never experienced worse customer service. I requested a winter wheel package in September, and had to follow-up 5 times and threaten to go elsewhere before it was installed 2 1/2 months later. The service manager did not properly invoice the fleet company at the time and the vehicle has since been sold to me and they are demanding I pay when they made the error, they are now holding my summer wheels hostage in an attempt to retrieve the used winter wheel package to make up for their error.
