Highly recommend this Centre for women. I can not say enough positive things about this place. It has been a huge resource in my journey to work on myself everyday. It has become a source of family and friends to me. From their amazing free workshops, free therapy sessions, free social events and so much more what more can you ask for? Here I feel seen! Here I feel heard. Here I am learning to be my best self. Some of my favourite workshops/events have been the Somatic Sound Bath (surreal/powerful and magical), Self Defence class run by ex cops (super empowering to learn these skills and to be able to chop wood in half with my bare hand), Bedtime Meditation, Reiki are just a few to name as I could go on and on about the Halton Women's Centre. They had a very special Midsummer's Picnic for us; we were completely spoiled: mock tails, food, temporary tattoos, games, sparklers, gifts, prizes and the best company anyone could ask for! Feminine products are always available-also free whenever needed to take with you. Come check out this phenomenal non-for-profit organization and start your own journey!!
