5 STARS simply because I can't find anything that was not up negative about the place. I came out with an absolutely perfect, elegant, and professionally designed hair trim. Checking on line is great, no waiting in a crowded front, while hoping that the five people sitting there are an entire family coming together to cheer. the first stying of the teenager! I come in and my name is on the desk computer screen, the waiting time announced ended up shorter. The service was swift and I was done in minutes. The stylist is pleasant, conversational without being tiring, displaying good mood and reasonable interest in me by comparison to so many places where I was told about the stylist last fight with boyfriend, or excess of her puppy and I felt like a second hand phychoanalist! I am still delighted with my styling, the day after, which is crucial! Never got better in much more expensive and pretentious places in Okotoks.
