My grandmother was not shown teeth samples when she went to get her dentures. They made her dentures that had enormous chicklet looking teeth. When she complained, they showed her the samples they should have shown her in the first place and then CHARGED HER to correct the error that THEY made.
Not only that, he told her to come pay in cash.

Andrew is clearly defrauding the government.

It appears that this man preys on the elderly, hoping that they will forget how things actually happened, or maybe wont notice his poor business practices.
AVOID AT ALL COST!
