My daughter and I went to Best Buy to purchase and IPad. Because of circumstances beyond our control, time was restricted.

On walking into the store I made eye contact with El-Amin and asked if he could help us. El came quickly to assist us, and gave us service beyond our expectations.

I must say that every time my husband and myself go into and buy or ask about any product at the Orillia Ontario Best Buy Location the Service is exceptional!!! All the staff are Very Very Friendly/Knowledgeable/and answer any questions or concerns in a Very Respectful Manner!!! As neither my husband nor myself are at all technically inclined it is very reassuring to speak with professionals without feeling embarrassed or looked down upon!!! Today my husband went in to purchase a printer. I had read an ad incorrectly and it was not a Best Buy Canada Sale. Not only did they accept our Old Printer they gave us the $100.00 credit as well.!! We have since late November 2016 purchased a 65 inch colour television /a sound bar/ 2 tablets and a keyboard as well as this printer. The Sevice has been amazing every time we enter whether a purchase or not. This is certainly a reflection not only on the Staff but also on management!!
