I went in and could sit on my hair. Now it’s to my shoulders it was supposed to be no more then 3 inches and not above my bra strap. It ended up one side to my shoulder blade the other to my shoulder it was uneven and a mess. I had to get it corrected which left it just below my shoulders. What should have been a trim and shape ended up with a loss of 12+ inches. I’m devestated and it’ll take me 2 yrs to grow back
