Fabulous folks who took such good care of two gals from the US on their road trip north. Incurred a terrible rattling noise during the trip. Got a recommendation to see Jordan and Lisa at Red Truck Auto from another reputable auto repair service in Orillia who couldn't see us right away. Jordan immediately came out to assess (while having work already up on the lifts). Long story short......a diagnosis and road testing ...the broken heat shield was removed and we were on our way. Not only did Jordan get our issue fixed.....they were NOT going to charge us anything!!! Of course we insisted (had to twist Lisa's arm). Best auto repair experience of our lives.
