I am quite disheartened as my experience with this company has been quite a terrible one. I had booked this cleaning team to arrive at my place two weeks in advance, as we were moving and needed someone to give the place a clean after our furniture had been moved out. The cleaning team was to come to my place two days prior to check out "what they were up against" even though I repeatedly said it was solely mopping and cleaning three bathrooms. They cancelled this quick visit "to see what they were up against" due to inclement weather on the Monday, and said they were going to come Tuesday. I called them late Tuesday evening (as they were a no show, without even a friendly phone call, while we waited around all day) and was suddenly told that they couldn't make it out because they were backed up from Monday and Tuesday's clients. As I was leaving for Vancouver the next day, this was a huge inconvenience. Terrible customer service. I would not reccomend if you have something important that needs done. An unreliable bunch.
